Your details, handled plainly.

Who we are

This website belongs to InfynxTech, an IT and software solutions company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For any question about this page or your data, email infynxtech@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in and your timeline. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share there.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not create user accounts.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quote, and deliver any work we agree on. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Services that process data for us

This website is hosted by Netlify. Contact form submissions are received and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf. The background video on the home page is delivered by a content delivery network (Amazon CloudFront); like any web request, loading it shares your IP address and browser details with that network. Messages sent by WhatsApp or email are also handled by those providers under their own terms.

Your browser keeps a single session-storage entry noting whether the opening animation has already played during your visit. It never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for related business records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you have sent us: email infynxtech@gmail.com and we will act on your request.
